Lee is an enthusiastic member of the Park Hill team in his role as Property Manager at Park Hill in Fairlawn. Since his start here in 2010, he has proven himself to be a top-notch server of the customer, as well as a man with incredible attention to detail. His creative abilities have also been put to good use in designing and enhancing many of the beautiful advertising layouts for Park Hill, and you can always count on him to bring fresh, community-improving ideas to the table. Lee strives to make sure that every resident and every resident's home is well cared for. He also always makes it a point to foster interpersonal relationships through resident events within the community, and he absolutely values every opportunity for interaction with both future and current residents.

Kurt is a new rising star at Park Hill, and brings with him a wealth of experience in the world of real estate. He has worked as a licensed real estate agent since 2004—being directly involved in selling, owning, and managing real estate properties. He is also deeply interested and involved in the field of landscape architecture (if you're ever in the office, ask him to show you some photos of the beautiful landscape work he has done). He loves interacting with both current and potential residents, and has a kind manner that always makes people feel welcome and cared for. In addition, he is an officially Certified Negotiation Expert, which means that, in the unlikely event of a conflict, Kurt has a level of training that allows him to both see and understand every side of an argument, and in this mediating role, is more than capable of guiding both parties to an amicable resolution.

Matt joined the maintenance team of Park Hill at Fairlawn in 2008 with years of experience in home building and remodeling under his belt. Matt strives to make residents feel comfortable that their maintenance requests will be handled in a timely and friendly way. Not such a “tall order” for someone with Matt's skill set. His primary goal and focus is to fix it once and fix it right the first time. He believes in using quality materials for long-term efficiency, and doesn't believe in “short” cuts. (And no, he didn't play high school basketball!)

Nancy has been in her current role as Regional Property Manager and Vice President of Operations for Fairfield Management Company since 2004, and has been involved in the development and operations of the all properties since their inception. She actively oversees day-to-day operations for all Fairfield properties. As a result of her direct oversight, Fairfield Management properties are able to consistently offer the best value, services and atmosphere in their class. Maintaining beautiful properties, attention to detail and continually ensuring customer satisfaction with the support of her strong leasing and administrative staff are her primary focus. Nancy views any feedback as good information and an opportunity for improvements, and endeavors to be available to residents via telephone, email or personal contact whenever the need arises.
